and yesterday i was so excited to bake the cake since my whole family was at home..
u can find all the ingredients in your kitchen without have to go to the store to get 'em..
Hai semua..Hari ni Chef Na aka Farina aka Ferra akan tunjukkan cara2 membuat kek pelangi atau nama
komersial yg diberi oleh abang ipar saye,'PADDLE POP'....Siap sedia semua..Pakai apron ye....
Ingredients/Bahan-Bahan :
1 1/2 cawan gula halus
1 1/2 cawan marjerin
2 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu teh esen ros
2 sudu besar susu pekat
2 sudu teh serbuk penaik
5 biji telur
Pewarna merah dan hijau
Cara-Cara :
1. Gula halus dan marjerin dipukul hingga kembang
2. Masukan telur sebij demi sebiji sambil dipukul rata
3. Tambah susu pekat dan esen ros. Kemudian masukkan tepung gandum
yang diayak bersama serbuk penaik. Gaul rata.
4. Bahagi adunan kepada tiga bahagia. Warnakan merah, hijau dan warna original ye..
5. Susun adunan secara bertindih satu sama lain...Ok kirenye mule2 letak warna merah..then hijau then
original and so on..
6. Buat silang pangkah pada permukaan atas adunan utk dptkan corak yg menarik.
7. Bakar hingga masak :)
